Terms & Conditions: By submitting an online Registration to Bailey Fine Arts Centre at www.baileyfinearts.net you accept the associated charges, verify the credit card used is valid, and give Bailey Fine Arts permission to process payment transactions using the credit card provided.  Please remember you are not registered for classes until the online registration is complete.  At the end of registration, the appropriate registration fee plus one half month's tuition for August and the full month's tuition for September must also be paid.  Registration should be completed by August 13, 2009, to ensure enrollment in classes beginning August 17, 2009.  Please be prompt in enrolling your child as to assure your placement in the desired programs. Class availability is on a first come first serve basis.  Upon registration, you recognize and accept our policy and will not hold Bailey Fine Arts, its ownership or staff, responsible for such injuries and/or claims.  Upon registration, you agree to give Bailey Fine Arts the right to use any photos or videos taken of your child/children, for the promotion of Bailey Fine Arts using any media it chooses (newspapers, flyers, website, magazines, billboards, etc.).  They will not be used for any other purpose.  I have read, understand, and will adhere to all Other Policies and Fee Schedules found on the Information Page of the baileyfinearts.net website.
