Bailey Sendler is a sophomore at Columbia College. She has taken classes at Bailey Fine Arts Centre since she was 5 years old, when she started dancing. Her love has always been in tap. During her 12 years here at BFA she has studied ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, pointe, hip hop, theatrical, and contemporary. Bailey attended the Summer Dance Intensive at Ballet Magnificat in Mississippi where she studied classical ballet and pointe. Before graduating high school, Bailey was a part of the Bailey Fine Arts Centre Competition Company for three years.
Outside the studio, Bailey has a tendency to “tread the boards” in theaters all over Columbia. Her most recent appearances include: CCT’s Shrek the Musical (Ugly Duckling), Thoroughly Modern Millie (Miss Flannery) and Seussical the Musical (Bird Girl), Dance Theatre of Columbia’s Alice in Wonderland (Mad Hatter) and Red Riding Hood (Wolf) and starred as Dorothy in Wizard of Oz.
